• Decisively address the impact of climate change through a progressive policy on mitigation and adaptation.
• Repeal the Mining Act of 1995 and enact a sustainable and pro-people mining policy.

• Adopt a Filipino-controlled industrialization program to establish integrated industries in agriculture and food, steel, energy, oil, petrochemicals, textiles, housing, transportation, information and communications and other strategic industries.
